Working hours are very flexible. As an employee I really enjoyed working with Nagarro. I have learnt a lot in my specialization as well as helped me in personality development. Management is supportive too. Project allocation process is bit painful here due to which many good people are leaving. Otherwise work culture is good , nice pay and work from home option. The training is well oraganized and help the beginners to explore about the technologies.

Nagarro, Gurgaon has a good working environment but the starting salary is low. The beginner training is well organized and helps one explore into the new technologies. Highly Technical People. Motivated Employees. Technical team is good. Lateral hires are getting much higher in terms of compensation as compare to internal hikes.

Also promotions within organization doesn't gives compensation benefits even when process is too cumbersome i. But for lateral hires they can get same position even on lesser exp. The work culture is great, managers are friendly.

Management is flat and it is easy to talk to people. HR is extremely helpful when it comes to onboarding and clearing doubts. There is a community vibe inside, people are cool, caring, and creative.

Nagarro people should have more control over vendors. Sometimes vendor tries to make the employees overwork. Nagarro takes care of its employees, it offers project switch and also offers various learning opportunities to explore latest technologies. Annual hikes are good and better then industry average. With culture of very flexible with with from home even before the pandemic. Work life balance will be in the poor side, you probably have to work for majority of your day, project transition is generally not smooth and you are left with on your own.

Most of the time project to will get well not be as per your skillet it experience and it will depend on project requirements. Nagarro earlier it was very good company. Higher management is not good, they are just holdings and taking the salary but nothing doing for Nagarro.

HR people are just graduate and holding upper position and they don't know HR process. Nothing is likable. Favoritism is root of the nagarro people good people are moving from here.

If you are doing good work no one will pay attention and no appreciation. This company just works as consulting firm where they provide resources to clients and that is it. After that it all depends on the client you are working for. Rejecting projects option ,low meeting Wednesday , work from anywhere is all a myth as it depends on client Rated 4.
